Fixes
- Selective Mode: File Ctrl+C × 2 now correctly registers the file(s) as a card. Previously Selective Mode was incorrectly treated as a strip-level filter for all types, so file (CF_HDROP) captures were saved as unconfirmed but had no promotion path — they never appeared in the strip. Spec is restored: Selective Mode means "Ctrl+C twice to register" and applies uniformly to anything that can be copied twice (text, files). Screen captures still use the dedicated bottom-right popup.
Type-level inclusion remains controlled exclusively by Settings > Excluded Types, not by Selective Mode.
